Abstract

This paper examines factors in the enabling business environment in the provinces. Applying the CFA approach in Quang Ngai province, authors use the primary data which is surveyed at Quang Ngai province. Authors implemented the practical model which was built stable structure. The research results showed that the factors in the business environment are closely related, in addition, the policy-making and policy- making factors are the most correlation. The authors suggest some implications to improve the local enabling business environment.
